Before you begin
Prepare an image you may use and define what changes and what stays. AI editing requires sign-in and credits; the following local image tools do not upload or consume generation credits.
A reviewed edit and a delivery version with checked dimensions and file size.

Name what should stay
Upload the original, name the subject contours, placement, and viewpoint to preserve, then request one main change. Text editing guides the model; it does not lock pixels or imply a mask tool.

Check unintended changes
Download the result and place it beside the original in the compare tool. Inspect the handle, edges, and shadows. If the subject changes, reuse the input and narrow the edit.

Resize before compressing
Lock the aspect ratio and set delivery dimensions, then continue from the result to compression. Use the actual file size and inspect letter edges and texture at lower quality.

Choose the export format
Choose PNG or WebP when transparency matters; JPEG fills transparent areas with white. Keep both the original and final version, and avoid repeatedly compressing the same lossy file.

What to check and change
Transparency becomes white
Check whether you exported JPEG. Return to the original transparent PNG or WebP; converting a white-background JPEG cannot restore lost transparency.
Resizing stretches the image
Enable the aspect ratio lock. Crop first when changing the shape of the frame, then resize instead of stretching the subject.
