  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation against individuals or groups
  • Content designed to cause psychological harm or distress
  • Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances

Fraudulent Content

  • Phishing, scam, or social engineering materials
  • Deceptive impersonation of individuals, organizations, or public figures
  • Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or ratings
  • Misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive or manipulate
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to mislead
  • Fraudulent financial schemes or investment scams

Adult and Explicit Content

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content sexualizing minors (strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge porn
  • Content promoting sexual exploitation or trafficking

Malicious Content

  • Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful code
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or automated messaging
  • Content designed to exploit system vulnerabilities or security flaws
  • Tools or instructions for hacking, unauthorized access, or data theft
  • Denial-of-service attack tools or techniques

Privacy-Violating Content

  • Personal information collected or shared without consent
  • Doxxing or exposure of private information
  • Surveillance tools or stalkerware
  • Content that violates data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in the following activities:

Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable rate limits, quotas, or security measures
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our APIs or services
  • Using automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data beyond permitted API usage
  • Interfering with service operation, infrastructure, or other users
  • Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in our systems
  • Accessing systems, data, or features you are not authorized to access

Commercial Violations

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing API access without written authorization
  • Using our services to build products that directly compete with Ruxa AI
  • Misrepresenting your affiliation with or endorsement by Ruxa AI
  • Using our branding, trademarks, or logos without permission
  • Violating any licensing terms or usage restrictions

Account Abuse

  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or limits
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
  • Engaging in payment fraud, chargebacks, or financial manipulation
  • Transferring or selling accounts without authorization

Harmful Use

  • Using AI to generate content that could harm individuals or groups
  • Automating decisions that significantly impact people without human oversight
  • Using AI for unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
  • Deploying AI in high-risk applications without appropriate safeguards

API Usage Guidelines

Rate Limits and Quotas

  • Respect the rate limits and quotas for your subscription tier
  • Implement proper error handling, retry logic, and exponential backoff
  • Cache responses where appropriate to reduce unnecessary API calls
  • Contact us if you need higher limits for legitimate use cases

Authentication and Security

  • Keep API keys secure, confidential, and properly protected
  • Never expose API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or logs
  • Rotate API keys regularly and immediately if compromised
  • Use environment variables or secure vaults for key storage
  • Implement proper access controls in your applications

Data Handling

  • Process user data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Implement appropriate security measures for data in transit and at rest
  • Do not store sensitive data unnecessarily or beyond required retention periods
  • Obtain proper consent before processing personal data
  • Honor data deletion requests from your users

Content Moderation

  • Implement content moderation for user-generated inputs
  • Review AI outputs before displaying to end users in sensitive contexts
  • Provide mechanisms for users to report problematic content
  • Take prompt action on reported violations

Compliance with Third-Party Policies

When using our services, you must also comply with:

  • Acceptable use policies of our payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
  • Terms of service of AI model providers whose models you access through our platform
  • Applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Industry-specific regulations (healthcare, finance, etc.) if applicable
  • Platform policies if distributing applications through app stores

Violations of third-party policies may result in payment restrictions, service limitations, or account termination.

Monitoring and Enforcement

To ensure compliance with this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Review content processed through our services when necessary
  • Take action against accounts that violate this policy

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Account suspended pending review and remediation

Permanent Termination

  • Immediate termination without refund of unused credits
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts

Legal Action and Reporting

  • Illegal activities will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities
  • We will cooperate fully with legal investigations
  • We may pursue civil remedies for damages caused by violations
  • Child exploitation content will be immediately reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

  • Report violations through our contact page or abuse reporting system
  • Provide detailed information including timestamps, content descriptions, and evidence
  • Include relevant API request IDs or transaction references if available
  • We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action
  • Reports can be submitted anonymously if preferred

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was incorrectly suspended or terminated:

  • Provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances
  • Include any evidence supporting your case
